You may call us during our operation hours between 9am - 6pm & 10pm - 7am (GMT+9H).
We are off during the lunch time between 12:30pm - 1:30pm & 2am - 3am (GMT+9H) as well as Weekends and Holidays.

You can still send us an email for urgent inquiries, then we will get back to you within 24-48 business hours.
