It is an announcement for operational change of Reward Points and the introduction of E-money as refund method.

※ Refund methods for item cancellation and returned item

AS IS : Refund via Original Payment Method or Reward Points

TO BE : Refund via Original Payment Method or E-money

※ [Reward Points] is the beneficial mileage earned by item purchase or the participation of event/promotion.

※ [E-money] is online money which is refunded amount instead of original payment method due to item cancellation and refund for extra payment, etc.　

It has the same effect as Cash.

It is effective from April 18, 2018.

Please contact our CS Center if you have already got a refund for item price via Reward Points.

Our management team will check the history of the refund and re-process of refund it via E-money.
